Custom color and a monster of a guitar!
When we received this Fender Stratocaster from 1966 it had no strings, yet, we knew this one is a monster guitar. Why? Well, such a played guitar can only sound epic.
Original Candy Apple Red 1966 body which had been over-painted in the past in blue. The previous owner removed the refinish, what you see is the original CAR finish with a tasteful relic. The body has a small route under the guard for what seems to be a baterry.
The guard, pots and pickups are original. 5 way switch and scratch-plate are not original.
The neck has the original tuners, and seem to be unaltered. It has a fantastic "C" shape, really great to play on.
The guitar has a snarly bridge pickup, a deep sounding neck pickup, and everything in between over all 5 positions. It is truly an inspiring guitar, which we hope will get to be played for years to come. It is THAT good.
Original case is included.
