Jimi's 1968 "Black Beauty" Fender Stratocaster is without a doubt an iconic guitar. The black finish body, combined with its maple cap neck makes it unique for the era. Not long ago a client of ours came into the shop with a 1970 Black/Maple Strat which nailed the Hendrix tone so good, that we had to order this very guitar you see here from the Fender Custom Shop.
