Gibson 1971 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue 54 / 58 (on commission)

What an incredible guitar!

Bought by a pro musician approx 15 years ago, and played almost every night since then. This Les Paul 54/58 is the real deal. Gladly, it is a players' guitar in all its glory and a price tag below certain new custom shop guitars.

The guitar had no breaks or repairs, it is rock solid and a superb player. Internally it is in an original condition with the original screaming P90s, black beauty caps and 4 original potentiometers dated to 1970!

In the past it had humbuckers, now sealed back and completely refinished. The work was done many many years ago and looks incredibly authentic. The top actually blacklights perfectly. The guitar also had other tuners in the past, the serial number is long gone and a "1953" date was added by hand. All done beofre the current owner received the guitar. Of course, he did not care about any of this once he heard the tone of this monster player.

The original case is included, the original guard and jack plate too.
